Job Description

•  Responsible for business development to bring in corporate clients, especially clients in the financial   industry;
• Communicate with corporate clients, understand their requirements, and submit proposals;
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, speakers and students;
• Responsible to achieve sales targets and do the program fulfillment;
• Coordinate all stages of online and offline programs including preparation, on-site and post event activities and   reports;
• Manage marketing campaigns and educational programs for clients nationwide;
• Responsible to achieve attendance KPI of programs;
• Responsible to lead and manage 20 university investor clubs around Malaysia;
• Work with speakers to deliver transformational programs to the students;
• Engage brands and solicit corporate sponsorship for our in-house programs; 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have minimun of 3 years experience in event and management, online and offline marketing;
• You must be responsible, creative, pleasent and able to work independently without much supervision;
• Honest, trustworthy, and committed towards work;
• Team player and a passionate learner;
• Love Challenges;
• Have leadership qualities and is capable of managing a team and volunteers;
• Good communication and written skills both in English and MANDARIN an advantage;
• Enjoys meeting and inspring young adults;
• Posses own transport and willing to travel nationwide to work on weekends occasionally to run programs;
• Preferably candidate who are ideally single as this position requires travelling;
• BONUS: Have a keen intrest in investemnt and good a good understanding of financial instruments;
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Education/Teaching/Training, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
