Job Description

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services in compliance with company's policies and vision.
• To maintain the work area cleanliness and make sure tools are kept properly in the designated place.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Supervise stock-related activities including space allocation, stock counting and stock transfer to ensure effective, accurate and timely stock management.
• Supervise the product inspection of all orders to ensure all goods are in good condition and quality before storage.
• To distribute and assign the task to subordinates according to the priority given.
• Ensure the accuracy of stocks in the inventory system against physical stock are maintained all the time.
• To perform other duties as and when assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Required language: English and Malay
