Job Description

• Responsible to provide consistent, courteous, complete, accurate and timely service to customers.
• Order Processing - input, verify and process incoming POs and arrange all necessary documentation and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure timely entry of orders into sales orders & invoices to customers upon arrangement of delivery.
• Stock and Inventory Control - stock reconciliation and monitoring daily outgoing stock movements accurately and timely. 
• Monitoring of customer’s billing and payment balance to ensure that credit facilities granted are in line with company policy.
• Focus on the liaise & coordination works with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure order is fulfilled as processed promptly in order to provide complete customer satisfaction.
• To ensure the smooth operations of the sales order process to the time of delivery.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in the field is required
• Results-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good administrative & problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant personality, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Google mail, Docs, and sheet. Familiarity with SQL/ SAP software is a bonus.
• Good command in English is essential.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new styles and technology.
