Job Description

• Coordinate day to day activities for the production team to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to the established production specifications and schedules;volume, cost and  wastage targets and quality standards.
• Optimize the resources available to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets set by the management.
• Supervise the production activities to ensure the team is on track within the planned targets.
• Frequently communicate with QC team to ensure the products are within the quality specification. 
• Review quality reports to identify the root causes of quality issues and implement corrections actions.
• To ensure that all production processes follow standard operating procedures (SOP) 
• To monitor inventory and stock management.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Profesional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate 
2. Diploma in Food Technology, Food Services Management and related field.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
4. Required Language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English 
5. At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
6. Ability to supervise a team of groups leaders in carrying out their daily job responsibilities.
7. Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office
8. Savvy in inventory and stock management, supervisory experience is a plus.
