About The Job

  • Responsible to provide consistent, courteous, complete, accurate and timely service to customers.
  • Order Processing - input, verify and process incoming POs and arrange all necessary documentation and delivery scheduling.
  • Stock and Inventory Control - stock reconciliation and monitoring daily outgoing stock movements accurately and timely. 
  • Delivery & Transporter Management - control and improve the efficiency of our deliveries; manage and reduce lead times through forward planning.
  • Handle and attend to all inquiries, feedback and complaints related to delivery of orders or supporting documents.
  • Monitoring of customer’s billing and payment balance to ensure that credit facilities granted are in line with company policy.
  • Liaise with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure order fulfilled as per requirement. Eg; timely deliver, quantity, packaging, shelf-life, documents, etc
  • To coordinate and manage any return of stock (outstation or transporter) or problem. To investigate the fault, and to settle any claims and money owed.
  • Ensure all daily operations processes are followed correctly.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of work experience in order arrangements and customer service.
  • Results-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Initiative to resolve any issues and make customers happy.
  • Good time management with a sense of urgency.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SQL accounts software is a bonus.
  • Good command in English is essential.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new styles and technology.
