About The Job

The core of this position is to create, implement and maintain systems throughout the floor operations department. The Floor Operations Manager is primarily responsible for a chain of outlets in terms of sales, expenses control, productivity, efficiency & conformity of SOP.

Daily Operations
  1. Strong in handling daily front of house operations issues and able to multitask.
  2. Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.
  3. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
  4. Comply with all hygiene health and safety regulations especially on food & environment.
  5. Handling all staffs grievances and disciplinary issues.
  6. Develop operations systems by determining sales scripts and storage requirements.

 Customer Service
  1. Regularly review and work on improving customer service standards of all outlets by ensuring excellent service at all times.
  2. Provide high level of customer service and maintain strong personal relations with customers. 
  3. Able to manage and handle customer complaints or dissatisfaction.
  4. Monitor closely on quality, standards and exceed the expectations of the customers on daily basis.

1. Responsible for leading, coaching and managing operations team to achieve sales targets.
2. Regular staff training and have the ability to increase customer's average spending .

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess any Professional Certificate in Hospitality / Food & Beverage Services or its equivalent.
  2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required for this position.
  3. Love to talk to people. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Good planning skills and able to meet deadlines.
  6. Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
  7. Candidates must be willing to travel and work on shift.
  8. Train new staff through different methods, including role playing.
  9. Leadership skills in leading the front of house team.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  11. Highly organized and systematic.
  12. Experience and involvement in pre-opening is an advantage.
