Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in related discipline i.e. Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, Business and etc
• Demonstrate extensive research skills, commerciality and strong business acumen

1. Carrying out extensive desk and phone research with the target market
2. Identifying the target market for the event
3. Researching and developing training sessions
4. Demonstrating an understanding of the challenges the industry is facing
5. Copy-writing a full training agenda
6. Identifying, qualifying and confirming potential trainers
7. Briefing internal departments on the event
8. Writing and analyzing marketing copy
9. Negotiating and monitoring event budget
10. Running the event
