Job Requirements

1. Carrying out extensive desk and phone research with the target market
2. Identifying the target market for the event
3. Researching and developing programme content
4. Demonstrating an understanding of the challenges the industry is facing
5. Copy-writing a full programme agenda
6. Identifying, qualifying and confirming potential speakers and trainers
7. Briefing internal departments on the event
8. Writing and analyzing marketing copy
9. Negotiating and monitoring event budget
10. Running the event – physically or virtually

1. Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in related discipline i.e. Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, Business and etc
2. Demonstrate extensive research skills, commerciality and strong business   acumen
3. Analytical and curious – you love learning new things and are keen to immerse   yourself in a topic
4. Self motivated and with great initiative – you come up with solutions to   problems and have an immense drive to succeed
5. Excellent time management skills and comfortable in a deadline driven role
6. Great Communication skills – you will be talking to clients, speakers and   colleagues very frequently
