Job Requirements

We are currently seeking strong academic achievers (minimum Degree holder) to operate as Conference Producers in our Production Division operating out of Kuala Lumpur.

In this dynamic, international environment you would be responsible for developing events across various industry sectors: Infrastructure, Energy, Banking, Finance, Marketing and General Business across Asia, Africa
and ANZ region, with a view to develop the intellectual content of high-level, commercial conference programmes.

These programmes will provide strategic solutions for organisations, and it is the role of the producer to establish what our clients’ challenges are and what solutions they need. Using this information, producers would then be responsible for creating the events, and briefing our internal sales and marketing teams, who would rely on the producer’s input to know how we should present our products to the market. As such the producer is ultimately responsible for the end-to-end management of each product, from inception to execution.

Selection Criteria
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in related discipline i.e. Communication, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, Business
  • Demonstrate extensive research skills, commerciality and strong business acumen
