Job Description

• Responsible to manage and handle reply from multiple social media, market places and etc.
• Live interaction with customer provide excellent customer service support.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
• Engage consumer on social media, for B2C  market.
• Learn, understand and collect in depth knowledge about the Brands/ Products that are under the purview of the company.

Job Requirements

• Canditate must posses at least STPM, Diploma, Degree 
• Required:  English, Bahasa Malaysia, optional (mandarin)
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply 
• Able to work multi-task efficiently 
• Willing to learn, possess strong interpersonal skills, good positive attitude committed and communicate well with all level 
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situation or condition.
• A great overall attitude that love new challenges and attention to details
• Computer literacy
• Training provided
