Job Description

We are looking for a person with confidence and great customer relationship skills. Someone that is able to create a bond with a client, beyond the product.
You must be self-driven and ambitious. If you are looking for an open environment to work in and are hungry to achieve, we would like to speak with you.
As a Business Development Manager, you are required to manage your clients, build customer relationships, know your products, as well as manage events and roadshows. You will also be expected to create sales reports and maintain a well developed pipeline of prospects etc.

Remuneration Package: Basic Salary plus OTE - Commissions and Bonuses (No Ceiling on Commissions)

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Any additional languages would be a bonus.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Telephony Skills, Relationship Management, Sales, Selling, Networking.
Preferably someone specialised in Sales - Financial Services (Brokerage, Investment, Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
