Built & strengthen good support with customers as well as identifying ans developing new customer through pro - active telesales activity. 
Work closely with sales team to achieve sales target and also monitor on account receivable collection. 
Handle customer comments to ensure customer satisfaction
Promote company existing & new products customer inquiries.
handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order. 
To assist in any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior. 

Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any field.
Required language: BM, English and Mandarin.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
