About The Job

  • Handles all graphical tasks such as menu design and restructuring, menu photography, posters design and uniform design.
  • Manage suppliers such as paper material suppliers, uniform suppliers, printing service providers.
  • Manage supplier supports and sponsors.
  • Manage all graphic library for the company and provide a system for easy access by staffs.
  • Manage and schedule photography sessions with R&D chefs.
  • Manage social media of our brands, research and analyse social media trends to be implemented to improve social media presence.
  • Assist in company researches and ad hoc duties when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent with graphic design softwares (photoshop, illustrator, lightroom).
  • Fluent with social media marketing and management
  • Willing to follow SOP and constantly improve the company's efficiency.
  • Independent, resourceful and willing to reach out to get more resources.
  • Professional photography experience is a bonus.
  • Willing to learn and grow in the company's direction
  • Required language: English, Mandarin. (Japanese is a bonus)
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply!

Due to our test kitchen and office work space area are linked together, we want to state that our menus will consists of pork as part of our ingredient inventory and will not be a suitable work space for our Muslim friends! Your understanding is much appreciated!!!
