Job Description

Payroll Processing
  • Assist the HR & Capacity Building Manager, oversees, guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, systems, policies and programs of the organization as below: 
  • recruiting and staffing; 
  • Assist in Monthly Payroll, yearly increment and other types of payments related to staff compensation. 
  • Monitor employees attendance system, employee movement and attend to punctuality or absenteeism cases; 
  • Assist in the process of performance management and improvement systems; 
  • Ensure employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees; 
  • Ensure compliance to monthly and yearly statutory requirements and payments; 
  • Attend to employee onboarding, development, needs assessment and training; 
  • Leave Management; 
  • Assist to look into employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; 
  • Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organization goals. 
  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. 
  • Prepare reports for insurance company, panel clinics and other statuary bodies. 
  • Engagement in staff resignation process. 

Capacity Building 
  1. Service rendered to MAC & MAF staff trainings and also trainings organized under Program Division. 
  2. Assist with external course/training registration; 
  3. Conduct orientation session for new staff; 
  4. Prepare the payment requisition for trainings attended by staff 
  5. Coordinate with departments on orientation session planned out for new staff. 
  6. Inform staff of upcoming training programs and collect data on participation interest. 
  7. Assist to plan and coordinate in-house training programs 
  8. Organize orientation programs for new staff 
  9. Assist in preparing the training activities reports for management review 
  10. Tabulate training feedback findings and generate training evaluation reports 
  11. Record, track and monitor all training activities and training hours clocked by employees and program related individuals (POs). 
  12. Undertake other responsibilities not outlined above which are commensurate with a role of Officer and which have been discussed and agreed between the HR Manager and post holder. 

Job Requirements

  1. Coordination of Training & Development.
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in HR field. 
  3. Bachelor Degree of Human Resource Management or other relevant degrees. 
  4. English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  5. Human Resources Knowledge. 
  6. A Commitment to Ongoing HR Learning and development. 
  7. Communication Skills in Human Resources & Training & Development management 
  8. Critical Thinking Skills. 
  9. An Ethical Approach for Human Resources. 
  10. Human Resources Organizational Skills.
