We are looking for an individual who pays attention to detail, responsible and a team player. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the Accounts Executive will help to handle all the finance related matters in the company.


Job Role:
1. Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping
2. Handle calls and queries from suppliers and employees
3. Process weekly payments and process electronic payments when required
4. Ensure proper documents are filed and maintained properly
5. Process employee claims
6. Maintain an up-to-date asset register for the company and other relevant record keeping files
7. Handle the petty cash and other banking matters
8. Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc. to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
9. Assist with the preparation for external audit
10. Periodically monitor and review aged debtors
11. Drive and coordinate period end closing activities
12. Perform ad-hoc and other Finance initiatives

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Studies or equivalent
• Having a “roll-up-your sleeves” attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and possess good telephone etiquette
• At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and some experience in Accounting Software will be an added advantage
• Ability to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage
