About The Job

The Performance Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for driving the department’s campaign performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement, as well as driving the digitalization/development of the organization’s digital marketing assets, processes, strategies and initiatives.

The Performance Marketing Manager works closely with the Brand, Content and Campaign Manager who will drive strategy and content development to ensure consistency in messaging across online and offline channels. However, they will both work together on target-setting and post-campaign evaluations. The role includes developing and implementing KPI’s, measurement and reporting that provides critical and actionable insights into customer behaviour, internal processes, conversion rates and other relevant performance levers.

  • Execute the strategy and effectively disseminate content developed for all brand and marketing campaigns
  • Drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts to meet set objectives
  • Measure and track impact of all marketing campaigns across events, social media, corporate communication, content portals, SEM registrations, e-mailers and web presence
  • Assess actual performance against benchmarks and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Define, develop and monitor reports to assess and optimize effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Integrate as much as possible all platforms in the sales process and standardizing a campaign reporting framework 
  • Work with Brand, Campaign and Content Manager to devise an annual operating plan and manage the marketing budget including spends and forecasting
  • Ensure the Digital channels are expertly managed from a governance perspective with proactive management of risks and issues both existing and emerging, ensuring compliance with all regulation, and a consistent focus on the operational performance and security of Digital Channels
  • Improve Domain and Page Authority scored for corporate website, and adopting a mobile first approach for all content design
  • Identifying, testing, and scaling high-impact and emerging digital channels; recommend new channels for digital marketing that fit brand and larger acquisition strategy
  • Conduct effective management of third party partners, identify primary vendors, and negotiate and monitor the quality cost of services.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  2. 6+ years’ experience in web, performance analytics & digital marketing
  3. Prior experience of leading a team (3-4 direct reports will be assigned to this role)
  4. Well-versed with web technologies, UX/UI, performance optimization, and online marketing
  5. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  6. Good working knowledge of social media landscape and breaking media trends
  7. No prior experience in the property industry is required
