Job Description
- To provide company secretarial services for the Group including provide timely secretarial advice, guidance and support to the Group
- To ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2016 and Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
- To update and maintain registers and statutory records
Job Requirements
- ICSA qualification and a member of MAICSA
- Minimum 8 years working experience in corporate secretarial practice with exposure in public listed companies
- Familiar with the Companies Act, 2016, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, proactive, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Independent, result-oriented and a team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English
