Job Description

• Assist in developing and designing Group’s Employee Value Proposition initiative in collaboration with Corporate Communications/ Marketing and Branding to ensure Mah Sing becomes the employer of choice and top-of-mind choice for targeted external talents
• Develops engagement kit and training for identified employer brand ambassadors for all engagements (internal and external).
• Assist in Designing all visuals and marketing collaterals including recruitment and other HR-related advertisements.
• Creates signature experience for employee from application to on-boarding
• Designs and enhances the experience of Group’s recruitment and onboarding process.

• Manage hiring operations to include the full recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and competitive offers and sourcing support for critical roles.
• Identify current and future talent acquisition needs and develop cohesive, regional and target group-oriented talent acquisition strategies. This may include: job posting optimization, state-of-the-art recruiting channel identification, job board management, digital and non-digital employer branding, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, and proactive development of talent pools.
• Drive standardization of the recruitment process and supporting tools
• Increase overall employer brand awareness on the external Talent market to attract the best talent
• Represent the company as ‘employer of choice’ to the external labor market and maintain strong relationship to external partners like Universities, Student initiatives etc.
