Job Description
- Responsible in executing full recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and competitive offers and sourcing support for critical roles.
- Identify current and future talent acquisition needs and develop cohesive, regional and target group-oriented talent acquisition strategies. This may include: job posting optimization, state-of-the-art recruiting channel identification, job board management, digital and non-digital employer branding, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, and proactive development of talent pools.
- Increase overall employer brand awareness on the external Talent market to attract the best talent
- Represent the company as ‘employer of choice’ to the external labor market and maintain strong relationship to external partners like Universities, Student initiatives etc.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
