Job Description

• Responsible for overall production in material procurement, production planning and maintenance to meet the company quality objectives.
• Responsible for scheduling major assignments or operations in adequate detail and sufficiently in advance for subordinates to plan and schedule their own work properly to achieve cost, productivity and quality requirement.
• Control of Transport and Logistics for the delivery of  parts and products to customers.
• Supervises operations by observation and analysis of records to perform work at minimum cost and with high standards of quality, quantity and speed.
• Trains and coaches subordinates to do their own work well.
• Counsel with subordinates to increase their productivity and raise their morale.
• To undertake other related jobs as requested by superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor In Engineering
• Knowledgeable in Logistics and engineering matter
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer literacy- Microsoft Office especially of Excel
• Able to speak and write fluently in English 
• Has good negotiation and communication skill.
