Job Description

• Assist in Madeviral’s budgetary and cash flow planning.
• Manage AR, AP, B/L, P&L and GL of company including proper bookkeeping
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Issue invoices 
• Properly process financial transactions and payments of the company
• Ensure that all of Madeviral’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation. 
• Experience in working for companies having branches in SEA countries and other Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, and China will be an advantage.
• Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
• Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
• Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
• Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis.
• Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk.
• Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date.
• Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants.
• Is knowledgeable in making and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Has experience in making and updating a policy manual for the finance department.
• Work with human resources employee/s to secure candidates who will be an asset to the finance department.
• Establish and implement a training program for new finance & accounting employees 

Job Requirements

• Have experience reviewing and improving finance and accounting processes & systems
• Have ability to communicate and collaborate with other departments and branches over SEA
• Have experience working with Finance and Accounting Companies in SEA team
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an advanced degree in the accounting business, finance, or a related field.
• Able to relocate to Thailand after probation period
• Has a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Excellent in mathematical skills, leadership skills, and has management experience.
• Has strong integrity, honesty, and understanding of data privacy standards.
• Has exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Thorough understanding of business principles and practices.
