Job Description

Seeking a nutter (just like us) with a passion for communication and strategic planning to be key account manager on communication and branding clients/projects. Must be strategic thinking, with leadership experience, great time management, tenacious and excellent presentation skills. Agency experience and existing media contacts a plus.

The duties and responsibilities of a Mad Hat Insanity Manager includes (but is not limited to) the following:

developing communication strategies, and client presentations
crafting press materials
leading creative brainstorms, campaign planning and roll out
managing and ensuring continuous learning of team
budget planning and management
cultivating and maintaining key media and partner relationships

Job Requirements

We seek individuals who lend themselves well into a team environment. We value the aptitude for communication. In short, what's most important to us is that you have passion, get along well with the team, laugh and sing along, and are able to laugh at yourself. Other nice to have qualities include:

Able to spot trends and keep a pulse on the latest happenings
Prior writing, media or PR agency experience preferable
Experience leading a team of at least 2 persons
Eager to learn
Confident to critique
Strong communication skills
Fantastic time management
Well Organised
