About The Job

  • Achieve sales quota in selling MAD Enterprise Suite, MAD HR, MAD Retail and other e-Commerce solutions set by the management. 
  • Build a long-term relationship with new and existing customers. 
  • Provide product presentation/demo, pitching products and services, attend conferences, sales meetings and industry events. 
  • Understand customers’ key goals and objectives and help engineer their transformation.
  • Plan, drives strategic opportunities and identify new leads. 
  • Work with our marketing and management team to plan and develop go-to-market strategies and execute on marketing initiatives to deliver on the strategy. 
  • Prepare quotation as well as follow up with prospects. 

High Commission: earn about RM 15,000.00 a month of performing sales consultants.

Job Requirements

  1. Min 2 years proven successful sales experience exceeding targeted objectives in IT industry, business software industry and e-Commerce industry. 
  2. Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  3. Business planning proficiency required. 
  4. Great communication, negotiation and comprehension skills and an engaging personality.
  5. Experience in meeting and working with various corporate clients, government bodies. 
  6. Excellent follow up skills and proven sales track record. 
  7. Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point).
  8. Strong knowledge in IT / Business Software / E-Commerce market
  9. Able to deliver complex information clearly and simple. 
  10. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
