About The Job

  • Able to manage online marketplace such as Lazada, Shopee & our own website
  • Plan and manage all social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm new and creative e-commercegrowth strategies 
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. 
  • Collaborate with internal designer teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Listing of products on all e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensuring full range of products to have a good online presence.
  • Assure all aspects of platform content and information are accurate and up to date, i.e. availability of the products.
  • To handle all the customer matters such as enquiry, product information, after sales service
  • Manage and execute brand CRM strategies on all platforms 
  • Execution of online & offline sales and marketing initiatives as approved by management to drive sales of products, e.g. promotions and advertisement
  • Evaluate, analyse and report periodic sales performance according to the targets defined in marketing campaigns and work with relevant partners to improve strategy
  • Assist and execute with in-house online fulfilment team 
  • Ad-hoc tasks: manage daily online orders, customers feedbacks and coordinate delivery and return of products.

Job Requirements

  • A strong interest in Marketing & E-commerce.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Google Shopping and etc.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels organisations from back end processing to high level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication & writing skill with proficiency in English. Other languages would be an added advantage. 
  • Strong negotiation skills to maintain good business relationships with all platforms and business partners.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive marketing strategies for each platform
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Creative, has basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or any editing apps

We are in this industry since 1988 and held character license since 1990. Our licensed portfolio includes Disney, Marvel, DC Comics & Universal studios among others. Our B2B customers span across Singapore & Malaysia in over 600 retail points to serve shoppers that range from children & tweens to teens & young adults. Our main distribution channels are Sogo, Metrojaya, Aeon, Isetan, Parkson and ToysRus, Shoppee, Lazada etc. Aside from setting counters in the departmental stores and online platforms, we also hold themed events promotion in shopping mall.
