Job Description

• To handle full sets of accounts
• Handle the daily accounting / operation function
• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with General Ledger
• To assist in preparing invoices, delivery order, monthly financial statements and etc
• To handle HR related matters
• Assist in company administration related matters
• Manage export and import logistic 
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Review and file payroll documents
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Possess knowledge in GST
• Familiar with Malaysia HR practices and labor laws
• Computer literate (Internet, Ms Excel, Word & etc)
• Able to work independently and meet datelines
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice
• Able to handle sensitive, confidential information
