About The Job

Job Responsibility
  • Responsible for managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) that includes
  • Daily updates (photos & videos)
  • Answering customers queries through DM/PM
  • Managing manual order through social media accounts
  • Making sure that social media accounts are always active in terms of updates (instastory, live etc) and response to queries. KPI: daily IG live/instastory without failure
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to produce material for daily updates on social media. the material must have a commercial value as per company's guideline
  • Always updated to the latest technology for any applications related to social media in order to produce the best quality of work

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in handling all social media related tasks (daily updates, answering customers queries, taking orders, manage refunds etc) specifically on online business
