Job Description

This job will be based in Bangsar & does not involve selling over the phone.
Successful candidate will be servicing our Malaysia singles database and will report to the Lunch Actually Sdn Bhd
To make outgoing calls and follow up calls to secure appointments for potential clients with our Dating Consultants
Verifying and confirming scheduled appointments
Hit daily target of calls and appointments made
Attend to incoming caller's queries tactfully and professionally
Good commission scheme

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
Required language(s): Good command of written & spoken English + Fluent in spoken Cantonese
Customer service and telesales experience is a huge plus
Excellent communication skills and being able to think fast on your feet is a MUST
Excellent verbal communication skills with effective listening
Highly motivated, independent, persistent and results-oriented.
You possess good work ethics and integrity and are open to accepting feedback
