Responsibilities:

Lead our software team to make our app the best it can be - just works, delightful, supports multiple products/phones consistently.
Develop and implement software vision and strategy in consultation with Management.
Develop hiring/training plan to improve software team over time.
Develop and execute strong engineering practice to continually improve our app.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of product management or engineering experience
Excellent command/proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written & spoken.
Effective at building relationships, collaborating and influencing others.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
Must be willing to travel to Shenzhen, China at least one week a month.
