Job Description
Lumos is seeking a passionate Videographer & 3D Visualiser to create awesome motion graphics and video content. This person will work closely with the Head of Design at Lumos and work on all aspects of our videos, including filming, editing and production, as well as producing high quality 3D rendered graphics of our products.
You will play an important role in:
- Videography and video editing
- 3D rendering
- Photography
- Motion graphics
- Product visualisation
Lumos is still very much a young early stage company. As such, a high degree of adaptability, independence, and initiative is expected and required to do well here.
We are constantly learning new things and adapting our strategy and activities accordingly. As such, JDs are looked at more as a guideline at Lumos. We eschew roles and seek people willing and able to go beyond the JD when necessary to fix the problem and get the job done regardless of our “jobs”.
Where you will be in a year:
- A highly skilled videographer, editor & 3D visualiser that isn't afraid to take on new types of projects - Working closely with the Head of Design who will provide mentoring to ensure you can achieve your highest potential.
- Be responsible for overseeing our visual assets and ensuring a strong consistency throughout - You will be helping to define the look and feel of the company, whilst also providing creative input on things from adverts to product visualisation look and feel.
- Have developed a skill you don't already know - A bonus if you held a multi-disciplinary role previously as you will be tackling a diverse range of projects and will in turn develop new skills along the way. This is a high-growth opportunity.
