Job Description

Key outcomes expected from this role:
  1. Improve response time for our BD email replies
  2. Organize Hubspot CRM
  3. Organize Distributor Assets in sales packs
  4. Handle all routine tasks that have an established process to ensure BD Team can focus on strategy and sales. 

 
Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): 
  • Support Essential Tasks with a high priority
    • Lead management: 1st Point of Contact for all inbound leads
    • Manage CRM
    • Coordinate Order Processing, Fulfillment, Invoicing, and Payment.
    • Partner updates
    • Other tasks assigned by BDMs
    • Updating Sales Reports
  • Manage projects/new ideas for existing markets:
    • Gather and keep all our Sales and Marketing Assets up to date: promotional videos and ads, product and lifestyle photos, sales training videos, digital media updates, product information brochures and flyers, etc.
    • Manage projects to generate sales and marketing material for our Channel partners to use.
    • Prepare quarterly newsletters to update our partners on developments at Lumos 
    • Support marketing/branding events that we attend or organize.
    • Other projects according to the needs of the partner/market that could involve: operational improvements, PR initiatives, newsletters, business analysis


Job Requirements

 

Key skills and competencies we’re looking for: 

  • Role Specific: 
    • You are detail oriented. You like making lists (and following them!). You are structured and organized. Plus, able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
    • You don’t mind doing tasks that are routine. Although this will only comprise part of your work.
    • You are a clear communicator and impeccable in English language both written and spoken. We work with international markets, so this is important. 
    • You are customer-oriented and can put yourself in their shoes to consider what’s important and fair to offer good customer service
    • You have skills with Google Suites and MS Office.
    • You’re able to connect with colleagues, since you’ll be working closely with cross department such as Operations, Finance, and Creative colleagues to get your work done.

    • You’re collaborative and proactive. You work well both independently and in a team. You’re highly driven. 
    • Resourceful - You’re able to figure things out on your own with minimal hand holding.

Requirements: 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience as an admin, or 1+ years as a sales admin. 
  • Familiarity with CRM, especially Hubspot is a plus.
  • Experience, familiarity, or interest in cycling is a major plus.
  • Excellent written English. 
  • Competent with Excel, Google Apps (Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Slack, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
