You will play an important role in :
  • Support Essential Tasks with a high priority in lead management: 1st Point of Contact for all inbound leads
    • Manage CRM
    • Order Processing
    • Partner updates
    • Other tasks as assigned
  • Manage projects/new ideas for existing markets:
    • Manage projects to generate sales and marketing material for our Channel partners to use.
    • Manage marketing/branding events that we attend or organize, and explore strategies/ideas to raise our brand awareness through non-digital means. 
    • Other projects according to the needs of the partner/market that could involve: operational improvements, PR initiatives, newsletters, business analysis
  • Guided to grow our distribution channels in new markets.
    • Conduct market research in new business opportunities for new geographies and sectors to determine which countries to prioritize and why.
    • Establish a process to engage prospective distributors/resellers/retailers: qualifying criteria and approach, negotiating and setting up an appropriate distribution agreement, and managing the new partners.




Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have/be:
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of relevant BD/sales experience.
  • You’re personable, and able to build and maintain relationships with partners by consistently being a good communicator, and holding their trust by following up on action items diligently. 
  • Impeccable English language skills.
  • Basic understanding of channel management and how distributor and retail relationships work.
  • Some basic exposure to International markets, culture, mindset, and way of life (you can put yourself in their shoes).
  • Sales oriented mindset, and able to approach it systematically
  • Detail oriented. You like making lists (and following them!).
  • Analytical and strategic thinker. You can draw insights and conclusions from pulling together disparate data. 
  • Collaborative and proactive. You work well both independently and in a team. You’re highly driven. 
  • Resourceful - You’re able to figure things out on your own with minimal hand holding.
  • You partake in our shared sense of mission, and care enough to get the job done, and get it done well.
