• Assist in overall design solutions and conceptualizing visuals based on requirements for both online & offline channel
• Develop all marketing materials for both online and offline usage while ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Contribute ideas and design artwork using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Plan and execute in-house product photoshoot in a timely manner to achieve desired objectives.
• Assist in other Marketing tasks such as visual merchandising, photoshoot, marketing requests and roadshows concept for the upcoming Marketing campaigns
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification
• Manage social media community
• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practice, and then acting on the information

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Art, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Marketing or related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Canva, Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
• A strong eye for visual composition
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Experience with computer-aided design
• Knowledge in web design and social media platforms would be an added advantage
• Intermediate photography and editing skills
• understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed
• Knowledge of current social media trends
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
• Able to write and converse well in English & Bahasa
