Job Description

• Part of the team to deliver the Company's marketing activation's objectives, annual plans and KPIs. 
• Keep up with technologies used in social media and email marketing. 
• Plan and execute marketing strategies and sales activities. 
• Manage all company and product social media properties inclusive of monitoring all content. 
• Read and analyze data in Digital advertising. - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing. 
• Supports Content Creation ensuring brand tone and voice and translated into content created. 
• Copywriting for social media content to drive action 
• Content Sourcing from partners, brands, influencers, creative, 
• Track the performance of digital campaigns; providing associated KPI's/metrics to monitor efficiency 
• Track customer engagement to optimize campaign content 

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication Creative writing skills Functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 
• Video editing knowledge is an advantage 
• Experienced in online advertising (FB Ads, Ig Ads, Google Ads etc.) is an advantage. 
• Ability to multitask and work good under pressure 
• Analytical skills and excellent time management 
• Proactive, self-starter who is comfortable in a team-oriented work environment 
• Critical thinker and problem-solver 
• Organized and self-motivated
