Job Description

• Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers. 
• Organising showroom visits. 
• Handling enquiry calls and emails. 
• Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations. 
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales. 
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. 
• Review sales performance. 
• Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets. 
• Utilise digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other Digital Marketing experience for online advertising. 
• Manage the official Facebook & Instagram pages for Lotus Care 
• Excellent understanding of visual design, such as having the skills to use Canva and Adobe Photoshop for ad-hoc events’ at Lotus Care. 
• Additional rewards will be granted to high KPI achievers 

Job Requirements

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
2. Strong computer literacy (ie; Microsoft Office, Web Browsers, etc.) 
3. Fluency in English, and Mandarin is an added advantage 
4. Self-driven and motivated in achieving sales target 
5. Able to think on the go and be comfortable and adapt to any situation
6. Other administrative tasks as required
