💪🏻 What you'll work on

• Being the “face” of LOOP for our clients – delivering professional, friendly, and above-and-beyond customer service
• Nurturing trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with all our clients throughout their LOOP journey
• Coordinating between clients, consultants, and the Operations Team (LOOP’s creative/tech team) to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Conducting client meetings, documenting and conveying client requests, and preparing client briefs
• Monitoring and responding to incoming client emails and messages on CRM and WhatsApp
• Facilitating a delightful onboarding experience for new clients
• Preparing client invoices and following up for payment

Job Requirements

💯 What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in account servicing, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• A love of working with and helping others – you thrive on connection and building relationships
• Outstanding interpersonal, presenting, and communication skills – you’re a confident conversationalist, a great listener, and can easily balance between being assertive and staying respectful
• Proactive attitude – you take initiative to seek out and act on opportunities, as well as to pre-empt and nip problems in the bud
• Keen attention to detail – nothing slips through the cracks with you
• Excellent time management and organisational skills – you work well under pressure and can handle lots of projects and deadlines at the same time
• Ability to structure your work and get things done independently (we're a remote team!)
• Growth mindset – you’re a fast learner who welcomes feedback and actively pursues self-improvement
• Able to work from home (fast and reliable internet connection will be essential for video calls)
