Job Description

• Manage social media presence and programs to enhance Client’s brand equity and build Client’s brand position
• Create monthly social media editorial calendar/posting schedule across all platforms to increase Client’s brand awareness
• Develop effective social media campaigns to increase web traffic and drive customer acquisition
• Oversee production of persuasive creative content across all digital media, primarily video and images, ensuring consistent style and quality
• Consistently post developed content that drives likes, comments and shares
• Analyze user engagement and develop monthly analytics reports for all social media channels
• Lead proposal pitching to potential clients
• Project management over the ongoing campaigns and making sure milestones are met
• Proposing new ideas and insights to the current clients to stir interest and excitement to run more campaigns / enhance marketing initiatives
• Provide analytics and insights for clients campaign to make sure milestones are met as well as for the team to be aware of current capabilities and achievement
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Good working knowledge of the whole Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage
• Proficient at communicating your ideas and expressing your vision through digital technology 
• Strong work ethics, great communication skills, and interpersonal skills. 
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin
