Job Description

• Well versed in Warehouse Management
• To support logistics/warehouse in the smooth and running material store.
• Ensuring process control are established and adhered to handle stock movement and inventory control according to procedures and work instruction.
• Ensure stocks items are neatly arranged with proper segregation identification and labeling.
• Responsible for accurate receiving, storage, ordering/return processing of goods.
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring, cycle counts, stock takes and audits.
• Review and upkeep relevant records and reports.
• Preparing delivery notes, receiving reports, purchasing orders.
• Responsible for day to day task in the processing of goods including receiving, storing goods and outgoing.
• To assist warehouse/logistic daily operation, warehouse administrative task, issuing of the stock card, arranging inventory &, etc.
• Supervise and motivate subordinates to achieve warehouse KPI's.
• Maintain good housekeeping with focus on cleanliness and safety aspect.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operation planning/store arrangement or any related fields in this position
• Experience in retails industry will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and willing to work on flexible hours
• Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision and meet deadlines 
• Proven working experience in warehouse
• Knowledge in GOOGLE DOCS
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations 
• Computer literate
• Good in Ms Excel 
• Good working attitude and strong responsibilities
• Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
