• To perform sourcing & headhunting activities.
• Partnering with Operations Team to determine staffing needs.
• Screening job applications/candidate resumes.
• To conduct face to face preliminary interviews/ telephone interviews.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
• Serving as a liaison with colleges, and industry associations.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications based on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending best practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate or equivalent.
2. 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field OR with experience in a recruitment firm.
3. Able to challenge the status quo and work independently.
4. Out-going, flexible, energetic, organized and people-oriented.
5. Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
6. Digital savvy, great Social Media knowledge, and experience for recruitment purpose.
7. Well equipped with job interviewing skills, competency-based interview.
8. Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Highly collaborative, passionate, great team player.
