Job Description

1. Assist to prepare full sets of financial statements such as monthly report and its related supporting schedules and reconciliations. 
2. Assist to prepare and process business operational including daily outlet sales report, cash or credit card transactions, purchase order for new stock shipment, invoice, delivery stock order, payment/ cash voucher and cheque.
3. Assist to prepare and process monthly payroll including salaries, commission, allowances, claims, and all statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, and income tax.
4. Maintain proper document filling systems and record retention. 
5. Perform all general office management tasks including replenishment of office supplies and stationaries and office cleaning.
6. Perform daily and monthly report for warehouse and outlet stock (in and out).

1. Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
2. Preparing financial analyses and reports.
3. Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
4. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
5. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
6. Assisting with annual audit preparations.
7. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
8. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
9. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
10. Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
11. Multitasking and willing to accept additional responsibilities.
12. Other tasks as assigned from management from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Bachelor in Finance /Account / Banking or equivalent.
2. 3 years of experience & involved in retails industry is an added advantage
3. Full time position.
4. Good command of written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
6. Team player and able to adapt well into a dynamic environment.
7. Good interpersonal and people management skills.
8. Can work independently with less supervision. 
9. Able to start work immediately more advanced.
