Job Description
- Following up on leads for hire of the Talents.
- Booking shows and jobs for Talents.
- Arranging performances or publicity events for the Talents.
- Managing necessary travel, accommodations, etc for the Talents with support of Artist Liaison.
- Creating promotion strategies for the Talents.
- Keeping and updating the professional calendar and work account for the Talents.
- Compiling and updating the portfolios for the Talents.
- Assist in the management of events carried out by the Company, especially where the Talents are involved.
- Cultivating leads at events for shows/jobs for the Talents
- Ad hoc role in executions of Company events.
- This list of duties and responsibilities is not to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Management
- Knowledge of the local and international arts customs and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and research skills
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines
- Experience with working on computers & Smartphones and with Word, Excel, and databases.
- Creative approaches to proposals for jobs for corporates.
- Prior experience working in a performing arts industry highly desirable
- Knowledge and interest in comedy (esp. Stand-Up Comedy) is a plus.
