Job Description
- Cultivate and solicit prospective and current corporate partners, including meeting scheduling and preparation, record-keeping and follow-up with.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective corporate partners.
- Design and implement corporate partnership strategies that establish and maintain a reliable revenue source for the organization.
- Ensure appropriate benefits fulfillment for all corporate partners.
- Create and edit corporate partnership proposals, presentations, and fulfillment reports.
- Work with the Marketing Department to create up-to-date materials for the corporate partnership program.
- Establish a detailed, annual plan of revenues and expenditures for the corporate partnership program that links to overall fundraising goals in accordance with Company goals.
- Produce reports and make presentations internally on the status of the corporate programs and pipeline.
- Maintain consistent communication with other departments about corporate partnership conversations, needs and deliverables.
- Represent the Company at gatherings, events and in the community.
- Providing corporate partners a post-event report including measurements of their return on investment.
- To have a role in the executions of shows and other programs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5yrs related experience.
- Minimum Degree in Marketing & Business Administration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledgeable with MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
