About The Job

Responsibility

Develop custom and responsive WordPress CMS websites and with good understanding of cross browser compatibility.
Handle frontend and backend web development.
Ready for the challenge and develop/enhance plugin feature according to customer needs.
Manage and maintain existing CMS websites/landing pages.
Experience and high ability in web development and database design.
Provide general programming assistance to other developers as and when needed.
Liaising with Client Account Executive to understand requirements and advice accordingly from the technical perspective.
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Provide guidance and contribute knowledge within/cross team.
Other related duties as assigned from time to time by superior

Job Requirements

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
1 – 3 years of experience creating responsive WordPress sites from concept to completion.
Experience as a website developer with a digital agency or similar fields.
1. Strong experience in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 as well as frameworks Bootstrap and jQuery.
Working knowledge of WordPress theme development. Able to work fluently with theme struction & function.php
Able to perform plugins customization or functionality enhancement.
Experience in e-commerce site flow or woocommerce will be added advantages
Able to adapt and learn new things in a timely manner.
Experience converting visual designs into clean, commented and valid templates.
Meticulous attention to detail and a keen understanding of UI, UX and bootstrap grid system.
Should be a clear communicator, a self-starter, an open collaborator, and deadline oriented.
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
Understanding of PHP back-end development.
Basic knowledge in photo editing by using Adobe Photoshop.
Protects the organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
