Job Description
An Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) Executive contributes to the growth of the online business of an organisation. The individual is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure. This role also involves analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights, managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business. Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, this person should be an energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
Roles & Responsibility
- Coach the team for service performance
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
- Execute activities driven by data analytics
- Identify strategic business partnerships
