Job Description

• Manage accounts and provide support for the accounting, finance and sales departments.
• Responsible for payroll or maintaining vendor accounts.
• Processing procurement requests for goods and services.
• Bookkeeping and general accounting
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment
• Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
• Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
• Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
• Assembling, sorting, and tabulating codes and filing data
• Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips

Job Requirements

• Have Bachelor Degree in  Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Finance/ Accounting. 
• Having knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping.
• Ability to explain and interpret fiscal related policies and general accounting
• Able to communicate and written well in English and BM.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization skills and able to access to filing storage.
