About The Job

  • Ensure clients’ requests and enquiries are fulfilled in prompt action.
  • Perform administrative activities and any other matters to ensure smooth,  productive and efficient operations.
  • Aggressively follow-up, coordinate and monitor closely on the jobs requested from the internal clients.
  • Responsible in delivering effective communications between clients and coordinate with the entire team to ensure efficient workflow and to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with all clients and achieve the highest level customer service standard.
  • Ensure clients pay on time. Keeping track of client’s payment records and managing credit control matters.
  • Assist in any other marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  3. Pleasant, outgoing and sociable personality with good interpersonal and customer service skill.
  4. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Graphic designing and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
  5. Able to communicate effectively.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  7. Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. (Any additional language skill is an advantage)
  8. Applicants must be multitasking to work independently with minimal supervision.
