Job Description

• Develop quality written content for online channels including marketing e-mails and social media captions on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Execute social media postings according to the social media calendar created by the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Able to create marketing content ranging from well-researched industry-related topics, interviews, and case studies citing reliable sources.
• Proactive in ideating, discussing, and formulating interesting brand and campaign stories together with the digital marketing team.
• Produce marketing materials based on software features, with the ability to grasp and simplify technical concepts for businesses (B2B).
• Monitor, improve, and report search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Experience in producing digital marketing content for company website, blog articles as well as social media channels.
• Good command of English with creative copywriting skills.
• Displays an agile mindset for improvement, problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively, willingness to learn, and keen attention to details.
• Education background: Degree in Journalism/Marketing/Communication or equivalent.

• Experience in SEO and SEM efforts, especially Google Ads and Analytics with proven results.
• Experience in the software, technology, agriculture, or business to business industry.
• Business savvy with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
