Salary = Combination of basic fixed salary & commission basis
Work arrangement & location = Flexible/Mobile
Work attire = Smart-casual/professional

Company services & products: Technical Drawings, Engineering Design, 3D Modelling, Interior Design, Audio Visual System Design, Auto-CAD Drafting, Visual Design, Architectural Layouts etc.
Roles & responsibilities include:

Roles & responsibilities include:
- To develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for the attainment of new clientele & business development opportunities
- Develop, execute and maintain promotional campaigns & social media marketing initiatives
- Attend exhibitions & networking events for related industries
- Assist with internal accounts and operational activities (i.e. quotes, invoicing, financials, internal SOP's etc.)
- Expected to work closely with Director to strategize business development & long-term marketing initiatives
Technical ability and past experience is certainly valued and preferable, but not a compulsory requirement. Full training & guidance shall be provided to the right candidate. We seek individuals that are willing to learn and collaborate in a supportive-team atmosphere, whilst simultaneously possessing the autonomy and discipline to work unsupervised.
Job Requirements
- Good-natured, professional and good level of communication skills
- Independent & able to work autonomously without constant supervision
- Possess an interest and passion for engineering & design-oriented tools/services and activities
- Good command of language and creative ability to produce content for internal marketing initiatives i.e. Blog articles, social media content, email newsletter
- Ability to conduct intermediate level graphic design works i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator (preferred but not compulsory)
- Familiarity with the purpose & use of drafting, technical drawings & drafting software types (i.e. Auto-CAD, Revit etc.)
- Familiarity with engineering and technical documentation, specifications, construction & architectural standards (preferred but not compulsory)
- Ability to travel and meet with clients for design requirements and presentations etc.
- Organized, consistent and ability to pay high attention to detail
- Have own car & laptop
