Job Description
- Request PI/ Quotation and verification
- Issue PO
- Product Costing (Initial & Final)
- Update status of outstanding PO
- Arrange shipment or delivery planning schedule
- Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint,
delivery shortage)
- Packing list for warehouse to manage Project vs Stock order and share with
Sales Team
- Prepare new arrival list for Sales Team
- Compile and verify Supplier Invoice (CI) with packing list
- Purchase Return (PRN)
- Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time
- Product Costing (Initial & Final)

Job Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Required language: Mandarin, English & Bahasa
- Posses basic in computer skill.
- Having knowledge of lighting products will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, can work under pressure and ability to work multitask and prioritize work
