Job Description
- Provide professional design consultancy to architect, designer and/or customers.
- Responsible for documenting phase services including lighting layouts, specifications, details, and lighting calculations.
- Responsible for generating lighting drawings by utilizing Autocad or other software.
- Ensure the correction and updating of lighting design documents.
- Site visitation when necessary.
- Assists in developing lighting solutions to design problems.
- Follow-up consultant fee claimable.
- Preparation of conceptual presentation material such as 3D Photoshop and four pine.
- Study drawings send by customers.
- Propose lighting specifications and prepare a quotation based on the lighting designs.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently.
- Having knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and Autocad is a MUST.
- Additional knowledge of Dialux and Sketchup will be an advantage.
