Job Description
- Works to a brief agreed with the client and the directors.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.
- The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
- Assessing, determining and providing the creative and graphic design needs of advertising to portray the desired message and image that appeal to the end customers/users.
- Able to design websites based on a client brief and content provided.
- Able to work with copywriters to agree on design, layout and placement.
- Able to design web banners, social media posters, come up with creative animations.
- Make suggestions on colours, artwork, photography, video, animation, sound, style of type and other visual elements for the design along with appropriate size and arrangement of the different elements on the page or screen.
- Able to work overtime and weekends to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with management.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record for driving multiple projects simultaneously, on-time and successfully.
- Accepts constructive criticism on designs and refines work accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Google Web Designer and Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Design experience in brand identity, collateral, print advertising, web design, typography, vector art, illustrations, image manipulation and web sites.
- Experience in generating designs for social media purposes and digital advertising.
- Experience with providing artwork for print production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative suite with at least 3 years hands on experience.
- Must be able to provide a portfolio that includes graphic design samples.
- Bachelors' degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or multimedia studies.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to submit their resume.
